Introduction

Improper R&D, design, use or maintenance of arm mixers may bring risks to mechanical safety, electrical safety and cleanliness and hygiene. This document is to ensure that the requirements for cleanliness and safety of food processing equipment and mechanical safety are met. It can be used as a reference for mechanical equipment such as GB/T 22747-2022. Supplement of design standards. According to GB/T 15706-2012, the structure of machinery safety standards is divided into three categories. A, B, and C. --- Category A standards (basic safety standards) give basic concepts, design principles and general characteristics applicable to all machinery. --- Class B standards (general safety standards) involve a safety feature of a machine or a type of safety device with a wide range of use. ● Category B1, standards for specific safety features (such as safety distance, surface temperature, noise); ● Category B2, safety device (such as two-hand control device, interlocking device, pressure sensitive device, protective device) standards. ---Category C standards (machine safety standards) are standards that specify detailed safety requirements for a specific machine or a group of machines. This document is a Class C standard. When the provisions of this document differ from the published Class A or Class B standards, for machines that have been designed and manufactured in accordance with Class C standards, The provisions of this document take precedence over the relevant provisions of Class A or Class B standards.
