Preface
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 30782-2014 "Food Processing Machinery - Raw Dough and Dough Rolling Machines" and is consistent with GB/T 30782-2014.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2014 edition);
--- Deleted the definitions of "manual operation" and "automatic operation" (see 3.1 and 3.2 of the.2014 edition);
--- Added the definition of "dough roller" (see 3.1);
--- Deleted the description of applicable places and working conditions (see Chapter 4 of the.2014 edition);
--- Added two hazard categories. "Zone 8 and instability hazard" (see Table 1, Chapter 5 of the.2014 edition);
--- Added general requirements for product design (see 6.1);
--- Added requirements for motor housing protection level (see 6.3.2);
--- Changed the guard dimensions of area 1 and area 3 (see Table 2, Table 1 of the.2014 edition);
