1 Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements, evaluation indicators and scoring rules for water-saving industrial parks:

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21534 and the following apply to this document:

Industrial parks that adopt advanced and applicable water-saving technologies and management measures, and are evaluated to have water efficiency and management levels that meet standard requirements:
4 basic requirements
4:1 There should be no violations of laws, regulations or major safety incidents in the past three years:
4:2 In the past three years, there should be no water use beyond the plan or water withdrawal beyond the permitted range, and water resources fees (taxes) should be paid in full and on time:
4:3 Water-using processes and equipment that have been explicitly eliminated by the state should not be used:
5 Evaluation indicators and scoring rules
5:1 The evaluation indicators of water-saving industrial parks include management indicators and technical indicators: The management indicator score is 40 points, and the technical indicator score is 40 points:

5:2 Management indicators include system construction, responsibility implementation, planning, daily management, water conservation investment, publicity and training, inspection and assessment, etc:, with specific details:
