This document is Part 9-2 of GB/T 42151 "Electric Power Automation Communication Networks and Systems", which defines communication networks and systems based on ISO /IEC 8802-3.
Transmitted Sampled Values Specific Communication Service Mapping (SCSM) This Specific Communication Service Mapping provides a complete sampled value model mapping.
As described in IEC TR61850-1, the communication structure of the process bus has different organizational forms. Besides direct communication via ISO /IEC...
8802-3 transmits sampled value datasets. To access the sampled value control block, the relevant IEC 61850-8-1 service is required. This specific communication service...
The service mapping provides references to the relevant IEC 61850-8-1 services. In less complex devices (such as merging units), the sampled value control block can...
It can be pre-configured, in which case there is no need to implement IEC 61850-8-1 services based on the MMS protocol stack.
This document defines the mapping from the sampled value model (IEC 61850-7-2) to ISO /IEC 8802-3.This specific communication service mapping is related to...
IEC 61850-7 and IEC 61850-6 together enable interoperability between equipment from different manufacturers.
This document does not specify the implementation of an individual or product, nor does it restrict the implementation of entities and interfaces in a computer system.

Part 9-2.Specific Communication Service Mapping (SCSM)
Sampled values based on ISO /IEC 8802-3
1 Scope
This document specifies the mapping of specific communication services for sampled value transmission in accordance with the IEC 61850-7-2 Abstract Communication Service Specification.
(SCSM). This mapping is an abstract model based on a hybrid protocol stack, which directly accesses ISO /IEC 8802-3 link transmission samples.
The value also utilizes relevant services from IEC 61850-8-1.
Specific Communication Service Map (SCSM) consists of three parts.
---Detailed description of the communication protocol stack used;
---The mapping method between the abstract specifications of IEC 61850-7 and the specific elements of the protocol stack;
---This protocol stack does not include the implementation specifications for certain features.
