1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, general requirements and functional requirements of manned submersible working tools, and describes the inspection methods for working tools.
This document applies to the design, manufacture, testing and acceptance of manned submersible tools, and unmanned submersibles can also be used for reference.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 13407, GB/T 7665 and Rules for Classification of Diving Systems and Submersibles (2018) and the following terms and definitions apply
in this document.
3.1
tooling
A general term for various types of equipment or devices that are carried on manned submersibles to carry out underwater exploration, sampling, and observation.
3.2
manipulator manipulator
An operating device that grasps and transports objects by manual manipulation or according to fixed procedures.
3.3
Transducer/sensortooling
A device or device that can feel the measurement and convert it into an output signal according to a certain law.
Note. Usually consists of sensitive components and conversion components.
