1 Scope

This document defines the basic concepts, institutions, personnel, places, procedures, documents and evaluation terms of labor and personnel dispute arbitration. This document is applicable to the management, service, academic research and international exchanges of labor and personnel dispute arbitration activities.

3.1 Labor dispute Disputes between employers and workers based on labor relations. Note.
