1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Drainable volume
The volume of liquid that can be collected from the discharge port of the chemical tank and/or other water outlets when the sprayer is emptied after the cleaning process.
3.2
Rinsingsystem
It is installed on the sprayer to clean the inside of the sprayer machine (including the liquid tank).
4 Test conditions
Test liquid temperature. 5℃~30℃;
Temperature. 5℃~30℃;
Relative air humidity. >30%.
5 test
5.1 Test liquid
The aqueous solution containing about 0.0001% fluorescent agent (ultra pure) is preferred, and other indicators that have been proven to have the same test performance can also be used.
Trace fluid.
5.2 Test procedure
5.2.1 The test should be carried out with the sprayer in a horizontal fixed position, and the entire inner surface of the sprayer should be carefully cleaned before the start of the test.
5.2.2 Add water to the chemical liquid tank through the filling port of the chemical liquid tank to at least 10% of the rated volume of the chemical liquid tank, and add approximately
1mg tracer, and run the stirring device. If the sprayer is equipped with an inhalation dosing device, it should not be used for dosing in order to avoid contamination.
