4 Basic regulations
4.1 The overall functions, external interfaces, and deployment methods of the dam safety analysis and assessment application components should meet the requirements of GB/T 40222-2021.
4.2 The application component of dam safety analysis and assessment should integrate monitoring data and inspection results, engineering structural characteristics, geological conditions, and construction quality.
Analyze and diagnose the structural behavior by analyzing and diagnosing data such as the amount of data, the operating status of the gate and the unit, environmental conditions, defects and problems, and structural safety review results.
