1 Scope
This document proposes the overall principles, evaluation methods, evaluation content, evaluation agencies and division of responsibilities, and evaluation process guidelines for ecological community evaluation.
Guidance and recommendations.
This document is applicable to the creation and evaluation of various urban and rural ecological communities.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Community
A group of people with a series of responsibilities, activities, and relationships.
Note 1.In many cases (not all cases), communities have established geographic boundaries.
Note 2.The main function of the community in this document is residence.
Note 3.The communities in this document cover urban communities and rural communities.
