1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, coding rules, and maintenance requirements for the uniform identification code of e-commerce transaction entities.
This standard applies to data sharing between e-commerce platforms, e-commerce platforms and e-government systems or other application systems

The business activities of commodity transactions or service transactions through the Internet and other information networks.
3.2
E-commerce platform
Provide web space, virtual business venues, transaction matching, information release and other services for both parties or multiple parties in e-commerce activities

E-commerce platform operator
The e-commerce platform is a legal person or other organization where both parties or multiple parties independently carry out transaction activities.
