Graphical Symbols of Aircraft Environmental Control System

1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements and graphical symbols for the basic components of the aircraft environmental control system. This standard applies to drawing the schematic diagram of the aircraft environmental control system, and also applicable to drawing the schematic diagram of the ground test of the system or accessories.

2 Normative references

The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated reference documents, only the dated version applies to this article Pieces. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document. 3 General requirements

3.1 The schematic diagram should use thin lines, middle lines, and thick lines to emphasize various elements in the system diagram. a) Thin line width T=0.25mm (0.010in), used to indicate measurement and control functional components and other auxiliary lines; b) Midline width 2T=0.5mm (0.020in), used for contour lines, block diagram lines and auxiliary flow lines; c) Thick line width 3T=0.75mm (0.030in), used for main flow loop. The line width ratio can be adjusted appropriately for other types or specific size schematics. The line width of the basic symbol part is thin line width (T) Increased exponentially as a benchmark. 3.2 When graphical symbols are used in schematic diagrams, the components located at the front of the aircraft fuselage should be placed on the left side of the schematic diagram; The component should be placed on the right side of the schematic; if the location of the component is unknown, the above requirements do not apply. 3.3 When drawing graphical symbols, you can zoom in or out in proportion to the legend shown in this standard. 3.4 Letter codes related to component names are used to define icons with the same or similar shapes. The complete part name in the schematic or The component identification shall be located in the same position as the applicable symbol. The component identification should be clearly placed next to the relevant graphic symbols, and should not be placed on the graphic symbols Within the number; the streamline or pipeline identification should be set above and parallel to the horizontal line; the vertical line should be set to the left of the vertical line and parallel to the vertical line. The marking unit shall adopt the International System of Units in accordance with GB 3100.The logo font should be used according to GB/T 14691, and the font height should be At least. a) 3.5mm, used for marking of main equipment; b) 2.5mm, used for other markings. 3.5 Graphic symbols can be used in combination and can be rotated. 3.6 The system schematic diagram should have arrows indicating the direction of fluid flow. According to ISO 80416-2, the direction arrow indicates the flow in the working principle diagram. Body in and out. The arrow should be used in conjunction with the line to indicate the direction of fluid flow in the schematic. 3.7 Graphical symbols not listed in this standard can be represented by one of the following methods. a) Pictographic and simplified representation with the shape, feature and size of the actual object; b) It is represented by a rectangle (or square) with a name;
