5 Basic requirements
5.1 Credit evaluation service providers should use the principles of big data to establish a credit evaluation mechanism and be equipped with personnel with corresponding qualifications or capabilities.
5.2 The credit evaluation service provider shall conduct credit evaluation based on the principle of avoiding conflicts of interest, and the credit evaluation process shall be objective and
just.
5.3 Credit evaluation indicators should be collectable and quantifiable. Credit evaluation indicators should be true and effective, and should include key points that reflect the merchant’s credit
information.
