1 Scope
This standard proposes systematic guidance for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and improvement of energy management systems for coal-fired and gas-fired power generation enterprises.

3 Terms and definitions

Power generation standard coal consumption standardcoalconsumptionforpowergeneration
During the reporting period, the power plant supplied the grid with a standard coal consumption of 1 kWh of electricity.
