1 Scope
This standard specifies the objects and scope of energy measurement for shipbuilding enterprises, and the basic requirements for the provision and management of energy measurement instruments.
This standard applies to all types of shipbuilding and ship repairing enterprises in the shipbuilding industry.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB 17167 apply to this document.
4 Objects and scope of energy measurement
4.1 Measurement object
The energy measurement targets of shipbuilding enterprises include. electricity, coal, natural gas, refined oil, petroleum liquefied gas, cutting gas, fuel oil, heat.
And other resources that directly or through processing and conversion to achieve useful energy.
4.2 Measurement range
The energy measurement range of shipbuilding enterprises is as follows.
a) input energy and energy-carrying working fluids for enterprises, secondary energy-using units and energy-using equipment;
b) energy and energy-carrying working fluids exported by enterprises, secondary energy-using units and energy-using equipment;
c) energy and energy-using working fluids used (consumed) by enterprises, secondary energy-using units and energy-using equipment;
d) energy and energy-carrying working substances produced by enterprises, secondary energy-using units and energy-using equipment;
e) Residual resources for recycling of enterprises, secondary energy-using units and energy-using equipment.
5 Energy metering equipment
5.1 Equipment principle
5.1.1 The requirements for shipbuilding enterprises to achieve various energy classification measurements should be met.
5.1.2 The shipbuilding enterprise shall meet the requirements for energy grading, sub-item measurement and statistical accounting.
5.1.3 should reflect the energy utilization characteristics of shipbuilding enterprises, meet the requirements of enterprise energy assessment and evaluation, and support multiple measurement accounting parties.
