3.1
Regularly overhaul scheduled maintenance
According to the statistical rules of equipment wear and aging, plan maintenance of maintenance intervals, maintenance items, spare parts and materials required, etc.
the way.
3.2
Troubleshooting correctivemaintenance
Unplanned maintenance methods for inspection, isolation, and repair of equipment in the event of failure or other failure.
3.3
Conditional maintenance conditionbasedmaintenance
The status of the equipment is evaluated based on the equipment status information provided by the condition monitoring and diagnostic technology, and the pre-aware maintenance method before the failure occurs.
3.4
Component hot spot photovoltaica-hot
Some of the cells in the PV module are partially shadowed due to their own reasons or blocked by other objects around them, and some of the blocked cells are produced.
The phenomenon of overheating.
3.5
Component cracking photovoltaicsubfissure
When the battery sheet is subjected to large mechanical force or thermal stress, an invisible crack that is invisible to the naked eye is generated in the battery unit.
