Taking cement production enterprises as the object of investigation, and measuring the amount of water for the water unit or water system in the cement production enterprise
The test, statistics, and analysis process are such that the sum of the input water volumes of the water units or systems of the enterprise should be equal to the sum of the output water volumes.

The actual production output of cement production enterprises is greater than or equal to 80% of the designed production capacity.
