1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification principles, coding methods and codes of public cultural resources.
This standard applies to the management and service of public cultural resources such as registration, statistics, and inventory.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Public cultural resources publicculturalresources
Public cultural facilities, products, activities, services, and related objects that are provided for the primary purpose of meeting the basic cultural needs of citizens

3 classification principle
This standard is classified according to the basic attributes, forms of existence and main performance of public cultural resources, and appropriate consideration is given to the needs of industry management.
4 coding method
This standard uses a three-layer 5-digit code representation, with the first digit representing the category, the second and third digits representing the major category, and the fourth and fifth digits representing the subclass. public
The structure of the common cultural resource code is shown in Figure 1.

d) Public cultural services (40000);
e) Public cultural subjects (50000).
The code "99" in the major and minor categories of the public cultural resource classification code is a containment item, mainly used for the public culture that has not yet been listed.
