Introduction
GB/T 34980 "Technical Requirements for Intelligent Terminal Software Platforms" is proposed to consist of three parts.
---Part 1.Operating System. The purpose is to establish the operating system framework for smart terminal software platforms, standardize its core functions, and provide a framework for operation.
It provides a basis for system development and maintenance.
---Part 2.Applications and Services. The purpose is to standardize the framework and core functions of applications and services on smart terminal software platforms, providing a basis for...
This provides a basis for the development and maintenance of related products.
---Part 3.Interconnection Interfaces. The purpose is to establish an interconnection interface framework, standardize relevant interfaces, and improve the compatibility of smart terminal software platforms.
Tolerance.
Technical requirements for intelligent terminal software platforms
Part 1.Operating System
1 Scope
This document establishes the framework for the operating system of a smart terminal software platform and specifies the operating system (hereinafter referred to as "the operating system") for the smart terminal software platform.
Requirements for the operating system (kernel, libraries, runtime, services, application development kits, system settings and management, common tools and security).
This document applies to the design, development, and testing of operating systems for smart terminal software platforms, and also serves as a reference for smart terminal device manufacturers and application software developers.
This information is intended to provide a reference for component developers and peripheral product developers.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Smart terminal
An electronic device with computing, data communication, and input/output functions, and whose operating system and application software can be dynamically configured.
Note. In this document, "smart terminal" specifically refers to a terminal with high processing performance, large RAM (volatile memory, generally not less than 128MB), and ample storage space.
Space (non-volatile memory, generally not less than 2GB), such as mobile communication terminals, tablet microcomputers, vehicle terminals or industry terminals, etc.
3.2
The software suite that manages, maintains, and uses smart terminal devices, providing operating systems, applications, and services.
3.3
The system software running on the smart terminal, and the hardware devices and application software that control and manage the smart terminal.
Note 1.The smart terminal operating system provides the installation, operation, scheduling and uninstallation of applications, allocates resources for applications and provides resource access interfaces.
Note 2.The operating system of a smart terminal has multiple user input methods (such as touch, keyboard, keypad, voice, gesture, action, etc.) and features multimedia processing and network capabilities.
Features include communication, device collaboration, security, and privacy protection.
3.4
application component
Reusable and extensible software modules can achieve a certain fixed function.
