This standard specifies the terms and definitions of energy consumption evaluation in cement manufacturing process, evaluation conditions and scope, evaluation index system and index requirements,

This standard is applicable to the evaluation of energy consumption of general purpose portland cement and clinker manufacturing processes.

6.3.2 Calculation of energy consumption index
The secondary indicators of energy consumption in cement manufacturing enterprises include A, B, C three quantitative evaluation index. According to the production situation, the index can be divided into positive

6.3.3 Calculation and evaluation of individual secondary evaluation indexes of cement manufacturing enterprises
Cement manufacturing enterprises in the evaluation index of the secondary indicators to the enterprise in the assessment period actually reached the value of the basis of calculation to see (4).
