Introduction

With the implementation of the national product quality improvement plan, unified specifications or principles used in product design, manufacturing, measurement and inspection are required. The demand for surface structure in the original product geometry specification and related standards can no longer meet the needs of product manufacturing. Surface quality control requirements during the process. GB/T 33523 "Product Geometry Technical Specification (GPS) Surface Structure. Area Method" is based on the new generation of GPS product geometry specification. Through digital measurement technology, software analysis technology and metrological evaluation, a new set of three-dimensional surface structure measurement and analysis is constructed. GB/T 33523 is a recommended national standard. Based on the proposed surface structure representation method, surface structure parameters and standard operation set, it analyzes The method of surface structure measurement is given, and the measurement technology used and the nominal characteristics of the instrument are given. In particular, GB/T 33523 covers contact While introducing non-contact measuring instruments, we also focus on introducing a variety of non-contact measuring instruments that are of great value in high-precision measurement applications but lack standard support. GB/T 33523 also specifies the physical measurement and software measurement standards, and provides software file standards and surface structure measurement standards. GB/T 33523 has achieved a leap from two-dimensional profile measurement to three-dimensional surface structure measurement, and has laid a solid foundation for the GPS product geometry specification system. Provides measurement and testing support. This document is based on the following premise. a physical standard has a true geometric surface with an associated precisely known quantity. This quantity is used when a measuring instrument measures a physical standard in one or more operations during calibration and setup of the instrument. This document does not cover any type of imperfection other than geometrical imperfections that may appear on the surface of a physical standard. For other defects, please note the same as GB/T 15757-2002 "Technical Specification for Product Geometry (GPS) Surface Defect Terms, Definitions and Parameters" The difference in the definition of "defect" in. This document defines "defect" by reference to geometry rather than cause. This document specifies terminology for the treatment of defects and does not define the defects. This document considers defects to be parts of the geometrically measured surface, rather than the properties of the entire surface. The definitions proposed in this document do not apply to functional surfaces. GB/T 33523 is planned to consist of 17 parts. --- Part 1.Representation of surface structure. 1 Scope

This document defines the geometrical defects present on the surfaces of physical standards and calibration specimens as specified in ISO 5436-1 and ISO 25178-70. The defect categories are given, and the terms and definitions of the methods for dealing with these defects are given. This document applies to the following applications. a) To assist purchasers or users in purchasing physical standards for surface measurement from manufacturers or suppliers by specifying the nominal characteristics of the physical standards; properties (ideal geometric properties); b) Enable users of physical standards to develop rules for the treatment of surface defects in their physical standards so that their measurement uncertainty is minimize; NOTE This principle is required in 7.2.1.1, 7.2.1.3, 7.3.1, 7.8.5c) and 7.8.5d) of ISO /IEC 17025.2017. c) Make the calibration laboratory and the user reach an agreement on the treatment method of surface defects of the physical standards submitted for inspection; d) guide users of physical standards to distinguish the differences in significance and importance of different types of defects; e) Provide a reference for other GPS standards when selecting measurement location areas, or measurement location areas to avoid.
