1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of dewi (Geosmin) and 2-methylisostearyl alcohol (2-methyli- so-based solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of soils and 2-methyl isosthenols in drinking water and its water sources.

2 principle

The solid-phase microextraction fibers were used to adsorb the soils and 2-methyl isonenols in the samples. The headspace was enriched and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry From the determination.

3 reagents and materials
