Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document replaces GB/T 30949-2014 "Post-evaluation Specification for Water-Saving Irrigation Projects". Compared with GB/T 30949-2014, except for the structure...
Aside from adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The "General Requirements" have been revised (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2014 edition);
b) Added evaluation requirements for the compliance and rationality of the scheme in the "Process Evaluation" [see 7.2b)]; added evaluation of the project completion status.
Requirements [see 7.3c];
c) Change "Target Evaluation" to "Effect Evaluation" (see Chapter 8, 8.3 and 10.2 of the.2014 edition), and modify the agricultural aspect of "Target Evaluation".
Evaluation requirements for water conservation, increased production and income, land and fertilizer conservation, energy conservation and labor conservation, etc. (see Chapter 8, 8.3 of the.2014 edition);
d) The requirements for soil environmental impact assessment and soil and water conservation assessment in the "Impact Assessment" section have been revised [see 9.3b],.2014 version.

This document specifies the general requirements for post-evaluation of water-saving irrigation projects, as well as the evaluation organization, evaluation data, process evaluation, target evaluation, and impact assessment.
