3 Requirements
3.1 Categories
Germanium substrate by a conductive sheet is divided into two types.
a) N-type. mainly used for single-junction cells;
b) P-type. mainly used for triple-junction cells.
3.2 Specifications
Germanium substrate sheet divided by diameter Φ50.8mm, Φ100mm, Φ150mm.
3.3 Physical properties and dislocation density
Germanium substrate sheet conductivity type dopant, resistivity, crystal orientation and crystal orientation deviation, carrier concentration and dislocation density should be consistent
GB/T 26072 requirements.
3.4 Dimensions
Germanium substrate sheet dimensions shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.
