Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document supersedes GB/T 30340-2013 "Qualification Requirements for Motor Vehicle Driver Training Institutions" and is consistent with GB/T 30340-2013. Compared to previous versions, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) Added terms and definitions for road transport driver qualification training institutions and single-lane length (see 3.2, 3.5); b) The requirements for classifying and grading training institutions and classifying training vehicle types have been changed (see Chapter 4, 9.1 of the.2013 edition); c) The qualification requirements for ordinary motor vehicle driver training institutions have been changed (see 5.1.1, Chapter 5 of the.2013 edition), and the requirements for training institutions have been changed. Requirements for setting up management positions (see 5.1.3, 8.1 in the.2013 version); d) The management system requirements for ordinary motor vehicle driver training institutions have been revised (see 5.2.1, 7.1 of the.2013 version); e) The staffing requirements for ordinary motor vehicle driver training institutions have been revised (see 5.3.1, 8.10 of the.2013 version); f) Changes were made to the main person in charge of the training institution, the person in charge of theoretical teaching, the person in charge of driving operation training, the theoretical instructor, and the driving operation instructor. The required qualifications for trainers, graduation examiners, training vehicle managers, and computer administrators (see 5.3.2~5.3.6, 5.3.8~). Version 5.3.10 (sections 8.2-8.8 of the.2013 edition) added requirements for the qualifications of safety management personnel (see 5.3.7); g) Increased the requirements for the number of vehicle types that ordinary motor vehicle driver training institutions can train on (see 5.4.1.1), and changed the ordinary motor vehicle driver training requirements. 1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and grading requirements, the business conditions for ordinary motor vehicle driver training institutions, and the professional qualification training for road transport drivers. The requirements include the business conditions of the institution and the business conditions of the commercial driving training ground for motor vehicle drivers. This document applies to general motor vehicle driver training institutions (excluding specialized tractor driver training institutions) and road transport driver training institutions. Registration, operation and management of training institutions for professional qualifications of drivers and commercial driving training grounds for motor vehicle drivers.
