Foreword

This standard rule according to GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft. This standard replaces GB/T 3027-1995 "Marine incandescent lights General technical conditions", compared with the GB/T 3027-1995 main technical Surgery changes are as follows. --- Name from "Marine incandescent lights General technical requirements" to "marine incandescent lighting"; --- GB 4124 series will be changed to CB/T3852 (all parts) (see Chapter 2, Section 21995 version); --- Environmental suitability test reference standard CB1146 series to GB/T 2423 series (see Chapter 2, Section 21995 version); --- Added "type, parameters and main dimensions" (see 3.1); --- "Structure" major technical changes as follows. ● Added "source" requirements (see 3.2.3); ● Added "lamp holder" requirement (see 3.2.4); ● Added "Terminals" requirement (see 3.2.5); ● Added "internal wiring" requirement (see 3.2.6); ● Modify the external wiring requirements (see 3.2.6,1995 version 3.5.8). --- Modified "material" requirements (see 3.2.7,1995 version 3.4); --- Modify the "hot potato" requirements and tests (see 3.7,4.5,1995 version 3.6.5); --- Added "durability and thermal test" requirements and testing (see 3.8,4.6); --- Increasing the insulating material "heat, fire and the resistance to tracking" requirements and tests (see 3.9,4.7); --- Increasing the "ground" requirements and tests (see 3.14,4.12); --- The "insulation resistance", "electric strength" in the fixture by the rated voltage is adjusted to 60V 65V (see 3.16,3.17,4.14, Version 4.15,1995 3.6.2,3.6.3); --- Added "Protection against electric shock" requirements and test (see 3.19,4.17); --- The "salt spray test" to test the experimental Ka Kb (see 4.8,1995 version 4.8); --- The "vibration test" by the vibration frequency 13.2Hz ~ 80Hz adjusted 13.2Hz ~ 100Hz (see 4.10,1995 version 4.12). 1 Scope

This standard specifies the marine incandescent lighting (hereinafter referred to as lamps) requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging and storage Memory and so on. This standard applies to the supply voltage AC 250V or less (rated frequency 50Hz or 60Hz) or DC, incandescent light source Marine lighting.

3 Requirements

3.1 Types, parameters and main dimensions Type lamps, the main parameters and dimensions shall comply with CB/T3852 (all parts) requirements. 3.2 Structure 3.2.1 General requirements General requirements for the structure of the lamp shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB 7000.1-2007. 3.2.2 Marine Requirements 3.2.2.1 lamps should be able to withstand vibration and shock generated during the normal operation of the ship. 3.2.2.2 can tilt and rotate the lamp, rotating operation should be flexible, comfortable and after fixation should be solid and reliable. ...
