Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 30200-2013 "Method for Energy Consumption Testing of Rubber Plastic Injection Molding Machines" and is consistent with GB/T 30200-2013
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Changed the applicable limits of the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2013 edition);
---Change the term "whole machine power consumption" to "whole machine energy consumption" (see 3.1,.2013 version of 3.1), delete the term "average power consumption"
"Consumption" (see 3.3 of the.2013 edition), adding the terms and definitions of "standby state" and "standby power" (see 3.3 and 3.4);
---Changed the "detection range" (see Chapter 4, 4.2.11 and 4.2.12 of the.2013 version);
---Deleted reading and recording measurement data (see 4.3.4~4.3.6 of the.2013 version);
---Added content related to pre-test preparation (see 5.4.3 and 5.4.5);
---Changed the test parameters of the rubber injection molding machine (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2013 version);
---Changed the test parameters of the plastic injection molding machine (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2013 version);
---Added standby power measurement method (see 5.5.7);
--- Added energy consumption measurement methods related to products (see 5.6 and Appendix B);
---Changed the energy consumption level and energy saving evaluation value (see Appendix C, Appendix B of the.2013 version).
