1 Scope
This standard specifies a method prior to the detection of nickel release from coated metal textile products in the annex to corrosion and wear acceleration method.
This standard applies to the determination of nickel release from the surface with a metal coating, varnish or plastic coated zippers, buttons, rivets, chains and decoration

Principle 3
The sample is exposed to a corrosive environment treatment, placed in a drum containing wear medium. Worn by the media mill grinding paste and fine particles
Material dispositions. The sample and the occurrence of rolling friction wear medium. Sample worn for GB/T 30158 were nickel release testing.
4 Reagents
4.1 Unless otherwise stated, all reagents can be in contact with the sample shall not contain nickel, the reagents were of analytical grade, test water should be consistent
GB/T 6682 stipulated three water.
4.2 DL- lactic acid. greater than 85% purity.
4.3 sodium chloride.
4.4 montanic acid ester wax -E wax (CAS Number. 73138-45-1).
4.5 octadecanoic acid (stearic acid) (CAS number. 57-11-4).
4.6 Liquid paraffin (CAS No.. 8042-47-5). light weight, a density of 0.84g/L ~ 0.86g/L.
4.7 triethanolamine (CAS number. 102-71-6).
4.8 silica (quartz) (CAS Number. 14808-60-7). particle size ≤200μm.
4.9 degreasing solution. 0.5% (mass fraction) sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (CAS Number. 25155-30-0) in aqueous solution, or a commercially available neutral clear
Use cleaning agent after appropriate dilution.
4.10 corrosive. 50gDL- lactic acid (4.2) and 100g of sodium chloride (4.3) was dissolved in 1000mL of water, shake.
4.11 abrasive paste, formulated containing the following components (in mass fraction).
--- 6% to 8% lignite wax ester wax -E (4.4);
--- 3% stearic acid (4.5);
--- 30% to 35% of liquid paraffin (4.6);
