Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 30068-2013 "Cold-rolled steel sheets and strips for household appliances". Compared with GB/T 30068-2013, the main differences are in the structural design.
Aside from integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope of this document has been changed, expanding the lower limit of thickness to 0.25 mm and the upper limit to 3.00 mm (see Chapter 1,.2013).
Chapter 1 of the.2018 edition);
b) Added grades and properties of high-strength structural steel (see 4.1.1);
c) Added classifications and codes for ultra-smooth surface structures of steel plates and strips (see 4.1.3);
d) Added steel smelting methods (see 6.1);
e) Added specifications for the mechanical properties of grade JD0 (see 7.2.2);
f) The permissible length for defective steel strip delivery has been changed to 6% of the total length of each coil (see 7.4.3, 7.5.3 of the.2013 edition);
g) The characteristics of the surface quality of steel plates and strips have been changed (see 7.4.2, 7.5.2 in the.2013 edition);
h) The target value for the average roughness of ultra-smooth surface structures of steel plates and strips has been increased (see 7.5);
i) Added specifications for tensile strain marks in grade JD0 (see 7.6);
j) The inspection items for steel plates and strips have been changed (see 8.2, 8.3 in the.2013 edition);
k) The inspection rules for steel plates and strips have been changed (see Chapter 9, Chapter 9 of the.2013 edition).
