This is Part 52 GB/T 2900's. The partial modification of the use of IEC 60050-602. 1983 "International Electrotechnical Vocabulary - Part 602. Generation, transmission and distribution of electricity," and Reference 2003 International Electrotechnical Commission document (1/1903/CD), modify some of the definitions of terms. This part of IEC 60050-602.
