Aside from the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The term "waste heat boiler" and its definition have been added (see 3.1);
b) The term "waste heat utilization rate" and its definition have been changed, and the calculation formula has been deleted (see 3.4, GB/T 28056-2011).
c) Added the terms chemical industry waste heat boiler, module interface, extended heating surface, shielding tube and their definitions (see 3.10, 3.16~).
3.18);
d) Requirements for the designation of gas-fired combined cycle waste heat boilers have been added (see 4.2);
e) The guarantee condition for waste heat utilization rate was changed from "operating under design parameters" to "operating under rated parameters", and the condition was deleted.
"Not lower than the guaranteed value specified in the technical agreement" (see 5.2, 5.1.2 of GB/T 28056-2011);
f) The deviation range requirement for superheated steam temperature has been changed, adjusting the superheated steam temperature from 450℃ to 475℃ (see Table 3).
Table 3 of GB/T 28056-2011);
g) Data on flue gas temperature for direct atmospheric emissions has been removed (see Table 4 of GB/T 28056-2011);
h) Design requirements for special cases have been removed (see 5.2.6 of GB/T 28056-2011);
i) The requirement for boiler overhaul intervals has been removed (see section 5.2.13 of GB/T 28056-2011);
j) The requirements for the qualifications and responsibilities of manufacturing units have been removed (see 5.3.1 of GB/T 28056-2011);
k) The requirements for the outer surface of the boiler body have been changed, and requirements for heat flow and temperature have been removed (see 5.7, GB/T 28056-).
(2011, 5.2.10)
l) The requirements for strength calculations have been changed, adding strength calculations for piping within the boiler area, strength calculations for component fillet welds, and strength calculations for hangers.
The calculation requirements are detailed in section 6.3, section 5.2.5 of GB/T 28056-2011.
m) The inspection of the boiler manufacturing process has been removed (see section 6.5 of GB/T 28056-2011);
n) The testing requirements for new products have been removed (see section 6.6 of GB/T 28056-2011);
o) Requirements for preventing overheating of the heating surface suspension device have been added (see 6.7);
p) The requirements for quality inspection have been changed, and are no longer limited to welds, hydrostatic tests, etc. (see 7.4, 6.2~6.4 of GB/T 28056-2011);
q) The requirements for boiler nameplates have been changed (see 8.2, GB/T 28056-2011 8.2);
r) The requirements for boiler-related documentation have been changed (see 8.3, 8.3 and 8.4 of GB/T 28056-2011);
s) The requirement for the qualification of boiler installation units has been removed (see 9.2 of GB/T 28056-2011);
t) The requirement to stop the installation has been removed (see 9.3 of GB/T 28056-2011);
u) The boiler acceptance test requirements have been changed, adding corrective measures when on-site conditions cannot meet the design operating conditions, and the acceptance test...
The machine should be operated "after six months of normal operation", "within three months after completion and acceptance", or "immediately after commissioning and trial operation, at the latest".
The phrase "should not be later than 3 months after the start of the assessment period (reliability operation)" should be changed to "within 6 months of normal operation; if it exceeds 6 months..."
"Aging correction should be performed in [month]" (see 9.4, 10.2 of GB/T 28056-2011);
v) The overall noise testing method for the boiler room has been changed to the standard [see 9.6b), 7.3 of GB/T 28056-2011;
w) The requirement for quality liability has been removed (see Chapter 11 of GB/T 28056-2011);
