This document replaces GB/T 26839-2011 "Specification for E-commerce Warehouse Receipt Transaction Mode". Compared with GB/T 26839-2011, except for...
Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The definition of the term "warehouse receipt" has been changed (see 3.1,.2011 edition);
b) The definition of the term "warehouse receipt trading" has been changed (see 3.2,.2011 edition 3.2);
c) The terms "warehouse receipt trading platform" and "settlement bank" have been added (see 3.3 and 3.6);
d) Change the term "electronic trading contract" to "warehouse receipt electronic trading contract" (see 3.4, 3.3 of the.2011 edition);
e) The definition of the term "trader" has been changed (see 3.5, 3.4 in the.2011 edition);
f) The content of "Trading Participants," "Framework," "Definition of Warehouse Receipt Types," and "Information Dissemination" has been revised and integrated into "General Requirements."
(See Chapter 4, and Chapters 4, 5.1, 7, and 11 of the.2011 edition);
g) Change "Trader Entry" and "Online Warehouse Receipt Trading" to "Trader Registration" and "Contract Signing," and integrate them with "Funds Settlement" and "Goods."

1.Scope
This document specifies the general requirements for e-commerce warehouse receipt transactions, the specific requirements for warehouse receipt transactions, and the management, traceability, and inspection of transaction risks.

3.Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
warehouse receipt
Based on a storage contract signed with the depositor, the warehouse keeper, in accordance with industry practice, generally conducts surface inspection and visual examination.
In principle, a certificate of title is issued after the depositor has inspected and accepted the stored goods.
Note. Warehouse receipts are divided into paper warehouse receipts and electronic documents of paper warehouse receipts with electronic signatures.
