Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document supersedes GB/T 26474-2011 "Technical Conditions for Container Front-Loading Cranes" and is consistent with GB/T 26474-2011.
Compared to previous versions, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2011 edition);
b) Terms and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2011 edition);
c) Added "Types and Basic Parameters" (see Chapter 4);
d) The working environment conditions, overall machine, electrical system, and hydraulic system technical requirements of the reach stacker have been modified (see 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.2.1~).
5.2.4, 5.2.8, 5.2.11, 5.2.16, 5.2.17 and 5.2.18 (4.1.1, 4.2, 4.6.12.5, 4.7 and 4.8 of the.2011 edition);
e) Added technical requirements for the transmission and steering systems, energy recovery, and energy consumption (see 5.2.12~5.2.15);
f) The main structural dimensions, technical parameters, and metal structure requirements of the front-end crane have been changed (see 5.3 and 5.4.1.1~5.4.1.3).

g) Added manufacturing, installation, and visibility features to the driver's cab, as well as mechanisms, electric motors, lithium batteries, hydrogen fuel cells, wheels, hydrogen storage containers, and piping.
Technical requirements for surface coatings (see 5.4.2.3, 5.4.2.4, 5.5, 5.6.2, 5.6.3, 5.6.4, 5.6.6, 5.6.9 and 5.8.1);
h) General requirements for major components, transmissions and torque converters, steering axles, drive shafts, fuel tanks, control mechanisms, and tires have been removed.

j) The technical requirements for spreader loaders have been revised (see 5.6.8.1 and 5.6.8.3, 4.6.12 in the.2011 edition);
k) Added safety signs and hazard diagrams, load diagrams, lithium battery front-mounted hanger, safety interlocks, guardrails, boarding handles, and steps.
Safety requirements (see 5.7.2, 5.7.3, 5.7.6, 5.7.11, 5.7.15 and 5.7.16);
l) The safety requirements for the torque limiter have been changed (see 5.7.8, 4.9.2 of the.2011 version);
m) The technical requirements for lubrication and paint thickness of the front-end crane have been removed (see 4.10 and 4.11.2 in the.2011 edition);
n) The test method was changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the.2011 edition);
o) The factory inspection and type inspection items for front-end cranes have been changed (see Table 4, Table 1 in the.2011 edition);
p) The requirements for product labeling and packaging have been changed (see 8.1 and 8.2, and 7.1 and 7.2 of the.2011 edition);
q) Increased transportation requirements for hydrogen fuel cell front-end cranes and long-term storage requirements for front-end cranes (see 8.3.3 and 8.3.4).

1 Scope
This document specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and handling of container front-load cranes.
Storage and corresponding experimental methods are described.
This document applies to container front-lift cranes used for loading and unloading containers as specified in GB/T 1413 and GB/T 35201.
