1 Scope

This standard specifies the mosquitoes insensitive acetylcholinesterase (AChE) detection method. 2 Terms and definitions

Weigh 28.9mgATCh dissolved in 10mL distilled water, -20 ℃ stored. 4.9 ATCh-DTNB mixed solution. Weigh 75mgATCh and 13mgDTNB, dissolved in 100mL phosphate buffer.
