1 Scope

This standard specifies the type and basic parameters of the flat vulcanizing machine, technical requirements, safety requirements, test, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transport Lose and store. 3 models and basic parameters

3.1 Model Table vulcanizing machine model should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 12783. 3.2 basic parameters 3.2.1 Nominal clamping force (MN) should be preferred in GB/T 321-2005 in the R10 number system. 3.2.2 hot plate specifications (width mm × length mm) should be preferred GB/T 321-2005 in the R40 number system. 3.2.3 hot plate spacing (mm) should be preferred GB/T 321-2005 in the R20 number system.

4 technical requirements

4.1 Flat vulcanizing machines shall comply with the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Hydraulic system should meet the following requirements. 4.2.1 The hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3766. 4.2.2 When the working fluid reaches the working pressure, the pressure of 1h, the hydraulic system pressure drop. --- clamping force greater than 2.5MN flat vulcanizing machine, the pressure drop should not be greater than 10% of the working pressure; --- clamping force of not more than 2.5MN flat vulcanizing machine, the pressure drop should not be greater than 15% of the working pressure. ......
