This document replaces GB/T 25087-2010 "Road Vehicles Circular, Shielded and Unshielded 60V and 600V Multi-core Sheathed Electrical Units".
Compared with GB/T 25087-2010, the main technical changes in the "Cable" standard, apart from structural adjustments and editorial modifications, are as follows.
---All terms conform to GB/T 25085.1-2024 (see Chapter 3 and 4.4);
---All test methods conform to GB/T 25085.2-2024 (see 4.1, 4.10, Table 1 and 6.5.1);
---Added the requirement for "cable outer diameter during manufacturing" (see 6.2.4);
---The requirement for "surface transfer impedance (line injection method)" has been removed (see 6.3.3 of GB/T 25087-2010);
---Change "radiation attenuation" to "shielding attenuation---absorbing clamp method" (see 6.3.3.4, 6.3.5 of GB/T 25087-2010);
---A requirement for "flexibility" has been added (see 6.4.3);
---The requirement for "wear resistance" has been removed (see Chapter 9 of GB/T 25087-2010).
This document is equivalent to ISO 19642-7.2019 "Road vehicles - Automotive cables - Part 7.Circular cables - AC 30V or DC 60V".
