4 Reagents and materials

Extract 4.9. amount of acetonitrile (4.3) and/L ammonium formate in methanol 0.25mol (4.6) in accordance with 1.1 (volume ratio) were mixed. 4.10 ammonia nitrogen phenanthridine hydrochloride standard. purity of greater than or equal to 97%. 4.11 ammonia nitrogen phenanthridine standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of ammonia nitrogen standard phenanthridine hydrochloride with methanol (4.1) dubbed the concentration of 100μg/mL of the standard stock solution. This solution is 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator stored. 4.12 ammonia nitrogen phenanthridine intermediate standard solution.
