Introduction

In actual food sensory testing, it is possible that standard users do not fully understand some of the textual expressions in the food sensory testing standards. This causes deviations in the test results. To solve this problem, GB/T 22504 "Auxiliary Diagrams for Grain and Oil Inspection and Sensory Inspection of Grains" was specially formulated. The purpose of GB/T 22504 is to assist the sensory inspection of grains. According to the four major categories of grains, GB/T 22504 is planned to consist of four parts.
