Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document is Part 1 of GB/T 22200 "Reliability of Low-Voltage Electrical Appliances". GB/T 22200 has the following parts published. ---Part 1.General Rules; ---Part 2.Reliability Test Methods for Molded Case Circuit Breakers; ---Part 3.Reliability Test Methods for Overload Relays; ---Part 4.Reliability test methods for overcurrent protection circuit breakers used in household and similar applications; ---Part 5.Reliability Test Methods for Residual Current Operated Circuit Breakers for Household and Similar Purposes; ---Part 6.Reliability Test Methods for Contactor Relays; ---Part 7.Test methods for contactor reliability. This document replaces GB /Z 32513-2016 "General Rules for Reliability of Low-Voltage Electrical Appliances". Compared with GB /Z 32513-2016, the main differences are in structural adjustments. Aside from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. ---The term "success rate" has been changed (see 3.1.3, version.2016); ---Descriptions of reliability characteristics have been removed (see sections 4.1.1, 4.2.1, 4.3.1, 4.4.1, 4.4.2, and 4.5.1 in the.2016 version); ---The reliability metrics for residual current operated circuit breakers for residential and similar applications have been revised, adding "residual current protection success rate" and "loop" metrics. The "Residual Current Protection Success Rate after Environmental Testing" is merged into "Residual Current Protection Success Rate," "Short Circuit Protection Success Rate," and "Overload Protection Success Rate." The "overcurrent protection success rate" has been merged into "overcurrent protection success rate," and a "sub-level 5" rating for its operational failure rate has been added (see 4.1,.2016 version). (4.1) ---The reliability indicators for overcurrent protection circuit breakers used in residential and similar applications have been revised, including "short-circuit protection success rate" and "overload protection..." The "success rate" has been merged into "overcurrent protection success rate," and a "sub-level 5" rating for its operational failure rate has been added (see 4.2,.2016 version). 4.2); ---The reliability metrics for molded case circuit breakers have been changed, merging "short-circuit protection success rate" and "overload protection success rate" into a single "overload protection success rate". "Flow protection success rate", and added a "sub-level 5" rating to its operational failure rate level (see 4.3,.2016 version 4.3); ---The "Level 2" protection success rate rating for overload relays has been removed (see 4.4.1, Chapter 4 of the.2016 version), and a "Level 6" rating has been added (see...). 4.4.1); ---The "Level 7" rating for the operational failure rate of contactor relays has been removed (see 4.4.2, Chapter 4 of the.2016 edition); ---The "Level 7" of the contactor's operational failure rate classification has been removed (see 4.5, Chapter 4 of the.2016 edition). Introduction

Low-voltage electrical appliances are produced in large quantities and used extensively, including power distribution appliances, control appliances, and terminal appliances. Their reliability has a wide-ranging impact on the application of low-voltage electrical appliances. It is used in various fields such as machinery, electricity, and electronics, involving multiple aspects such as power control and distribution. GB/T 22200 "Reliability of Low-Voltage Electrical Appliances" It is an important series of standards that guide the reliability verification of low-voltage electrical products in my country, and is planned to consist of 7 parts. ---Part 1.General Rules. The purpose is to specify the general requirements for the reliability of low-voltage electrical appliances. ---Part 2.Reliability Test Methods for Molded Case Circuit Breakers. The purpose is to specify the reliability requirements for molded case circuit breakers. Requirements and related requirements such as test methods. ---Part 3.Reliability Test Methods for Overload Relays. The purpose is to specify the reliability requirements and test methods for overload relays. And other related requirements. ---Part 4.Reliability Test Methods for Overcurrent Protection Circuit Breakers for Household and Similar Applications. The purpose is to specify the reliability test methods for overcurrent protection circuit breakers used in household and similar applications. The reliability requirements and test methods for overcurrent protection circuit breakers used in similar locations are also relevant requirements. ---Part 5.Residual Current Operated Circuit Breakers for Household and Similar Use - Test Methods for Reliability. The purpose is to specify the reliability testing methods for household and similar applications. Reliability requirements and testing methods for similar applications. ---Part 6.Reliability Test Methods for Contactor Relays. The purpose is to specify the reliability requirements for contactor relays and... Requirements related to test methods, etc. ---Part 7.Contactor Reliability Test Methods. The purpose is to specify the reliability requirements and test methods for contactors. Require. The purpose of this document is to harmonize as much as possible all rules and requirements applicable to the reliability of low-voltage electrical appliances, so as to provide a basis for the corresponding low-voltage electrical products. Reliability requirements and tests should be standardized. This document contains all the content considered essential requirements in various product reliability standards, as well as content with broad significance and application. Specific items, such as reliability indicators and reliability level classification; reliability test plans and test procedures, etc. For each type of low-voltage electrical product, determining all its requirements and tests requires only two main standards. a) This document is referred to as "Part 1" or "GB/T 22200.1" in various standards for the reliability of low-voltage electrical appliances; b) Reliability standards for the relevant products, referred to below as “relevant product reliability standards” or “reliability standards for this series of products”. General rules applicable to reliability standards for a specific product shall be clearly stated in the product reliability standard and referenced. Only when there are sufficient technical reasons can a specific product reliability standard differ from the general rule. Note. The “product reliability standards” mentioned in this document refer to the “GB/T 22200 series product standards”. Low-voltage electrical equipment reliability - Part 1.General principles
