Assurance and quality control, data and reports.
This standard applies to water-soluble or insoluble in water, adsorption, volatile and non-volatile chemicals rapid biodegradability.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
Test substance exhibiting a limited time in contact with the inoculum biodegradability.
2.2
Test substance causes chemical changes in the structure characteristic of the process of loss under biological effect.
2.3
Solution, organic carbon content, usually through the 0.45μm membrane filter liquid organic carbon content, or by 4000r/min transfer
Supernatant after centrifugation 15min organic carbon content.
2.4
The amount of oxygen consumed by the microbial decomposition of organic matter, can be expressed as the number of milligrams of oxygen (mg/mg) of the test substance consumed per milligram.
2.5
Calculated according to the formula of the total amount of the test substance is completely oxidized oxygen required, it can be expressed as oxygen consumption per mg of the test substance in mg
The number of grams (mg/mg).
2.6
Start of the test to the degradation rate of 10% of the period.
2.7
10d test time biodegradation rate of 10% after.
