United Nations "on the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations"
United Nations "on the Recommendations of the Transport of Dangerous Goods Manual of Tests and Criteria"
3 Terms and Definitions
United Nations "on the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations" UN "Recommendations on Transport of Dangerous Goods trials and
Standards Manual ", GB 19458 and established the following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
This category refers to the dangerous strains of flammable liquids, liquid mixtures or liquids containing solids, including but not because of its hazardous properties have been included
Other types of liquid, the closed cup flash point test flash point equal to or below 60 ℃.
4 Test Equipment
Vapor pressure tester, thermometers, timers, etc.
5 test procedure
5.1 The sample was cooled to 0 ℃ ~ 1 ℃, and to ensure that the liquid volume of 70% to 80% of the containers in the, when the liquid volume to meet the requirements immediately
Sealing, After vigorous shaking, continue to cool at least 2min.
5.2 packed vapor pressure measuring device upside down, so that the sample into the measuring chamber, with the long axis parallel to the direction of the measuring device and shake it vigorously.
5.3 The measuring device is immersed in a temperature of 37.8 ℃ ± 0.1 ℃ water bath, the assay should be slightly inclined, so that the measuring chamber is located just off underwater
Surface, and carefully check for leaks at the connection or oil spills, leaks or spills if not found, put the measuring device is immersed in a water bath, so that liquid water bath
Measuring chamber above the top surface of at least 25mm.
5.4 Throughout the test, the observation equipment leaks or spills, leaks any time leakage is found to have discarded the sample, with a new test
Redo the test sample.
5.5 After the vapor pressure measuring device is immersed in a water bath 5min, gently tap the pressure gauge, and observe the reading.
5.6 The measuring device is removed from the water bath, reverse violently shaken, back into the water bath, complete this operation time as short as possible to avoid
Measuring cooling.
5.7 To ensure the equilibrium state, the operation was repeated at least five times 5.6, at intervals of at least 2min, until the last two successive readings are equal.
5.8 read the final table constant pressure gauge scale for the table read 0.50kPa to 0.25kPa. Pressure recorded as a sample of "uncorrected
Vapor pressure. "
