Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 19054-2003 "General Technical Conditions for Oil-Fired Cremators". Compared with GB/T 19054-2003, the following changes are made.
Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---The definition of the term "Taiwanese cremator" has been changed (see 3.12,.2003 edition);
---Two new terms and definitions have been added. "cremation time" and "shutdown insulation performance" (see 3.13 and 3.14);
---The technical specifications and requirements for cremation time, fuel consumption, service life, refractory temperature of brick structures, and refractory surface have been revised (see [link]).
4.2.1~4.2.6 (4.2.1~4.2.6 in the.2003 edition);
---Added requirements for the height of the cremator operating door (see 4.2.8);
---The provision that "the gauge of the ground rails for transporting corpses is set at 1850mm" has been deleted (see section 4.2.9 of the.2003 edition);
---Technical requirements for the ash removal door and observation port of the cremator have been revised (see 4.2.12, 4.2.13, and 4.2.13 in the.2003 edition);
---Added requirements for flue gas emission pipelines within the cremation chamber (see 4.2.14);
---The requirement to install inspection ports on the exhaust system duct has been removed (see 4.2.15 of the.2003 edition);
---Added technical requirements for the operation of the body loading system, the raising and lowering of the flue damper, and burner ignition (see 4.2.17, 4.2.18, and 4.2.19);
---Added technical requirements for the thermal insulation performance of the cremator during shutdown (see 4.2.20);
---The technical requirements for the control system have been increased (see 4.3.7);
---The technical requirements for the main combustion chamber operating pressure have been revised (see 4.4.3,.2003 version 4.4.3);
---Technical requirements for flue gas waste heat recovery devices have been added (see 4.4.4);
---The appearance requirements have been changed (see 4.5,.2003 version 4.5);
---The installation process requirements have been changed (see 4.7, 4.7 and 4.8 in the.2003 edition);
---A method for detecting cremation time has been added (see 5.2.1);
---A method for testing the fire resistance temperature of brick structures in the main combustion chamber and secondary combustion chamber that are in direct contact with the flame has been added (see 5.2.5);
---Added a method for inspecting the refractory surface of the furnace body after cremating 300 bodies (see 5.2.6);
---Added detection methods for the main combustion chamber length, width and height of the main combustion chamber and the mortuary entrance (see 5.2.8);
---Added operational reliability testing methods for the lifting and lowering of the mortuary vehicle, furnace door, and flue damper (see 5.2.16~5.2.18);
---Added a method for detecting burner ignition success rate (see 5.2.19);
---Added a method for testing the insulation performance during boiler shutdown (see 5.2.20);
---The content of the acceptance inspection has been changed (see 6.2, 5.2~5.6 of the.2003 edition).
