This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 18397-2001 "compound premix pantothenic acid by HPLC."
This standard compared with GB/T 18397-2001 main changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining premix pantothenic acid content by high performance liquid chromatography.
This standard applies to composite pre-mixed feed, feed Determination of pantothenic acid vitamin pre-mix.
The standard measurement of pantothenic acid detection limit of 5mg/kg, the limit of quantification of 20mg/kg.

Pantothenic acid in the sample with acetonitrile phosphoric acid extraction, centrifugation, filtration, separation C18 column, UV detector and external standard method

4 Reagents and solutions
Except where noted, this standard reagents used were of analytical grade, water line with two water GB/T 6682 stipulated.
4.1 phosphoric acid. the content of ≥85%.
4.2 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.3 0.05% phosphoric acid solution. 0.5mL phosphate (4.1) was added to the flask, and dilute to 1000mL.
4.4 D- pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate or D-) standard solution.
4.4.1 Standard stock solution. Weigh D- D- pantothenic acid or calcium pantothenate standard pure amount of goods from the purity of more than 99.0% in 100mL flask
