This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 15163-2004 "Filling (sha) forestry technical regulations. This standard is compared with GB/T 15163-2004 The technical changes are as follows. --- Increased the enclosure area (see Chapter 8); --- Revised the general rules (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2004 edition); ---Modified the object of enclosure (forest type) (see Chapter 5, Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2004 edition); --- Revised the standard of closure effectiveness (see 11.2, 11.3.3 of the.2004 edition); ---Modified the closure operation (see Chapter 9, Chapter 10 of the.2004 edition); --- Revised the age of closure (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the.2004 edition); --- Deleted the Yilin land in the closed object (see 3.1.1, 5.1 of the.2004 edition), and in the seal (see 3.2.1 of the.2004 edition), Seal (see 3.2.2 of the.2004 edition), sequel (see 3.2.3 of the.2004 edition), and planning of the enclosure (see 9.1 of the.2004 edition). 1 Scope

This standard stipulates the objects, types, methods and years of closure of the hillside (sand) afforestation, as well as the design and closure of the hillside (sand) afforestation operation. 3 Terms and definitions
