| Summary | This standard applies to all kinds of clean water, sewage and certain industrial waste (see Appendix A). Water is generally common anions and cations do not interfere with the determination of selenium. Copper, iron, molybdenum and other heavy metals and oxides on the determination of selenium have a lot of interference, can be used to eliminate EDTA and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. Under the conditions applied to the determination, when the Se content is 0. 05g, 30g of arsenic, cobalt, chromium; 5g Cd; 20g Ni; 27g beryllium; 35g copper; 40g Mn; 50g of lead, zinc; 100g iron, vanadium, etc. do not interfere. The minimum detectable amount of 0. 005g Law selenium, take 20mL water sample, the minimum detectable concentration of selenium was 0. 25g/L. |
