The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 34443 apply to this document.4 Classification
See Table 1 for classification by backing fabric variety.5 Requirements
5.1 Specifications 5.1.1 Thickness deviation The thickness deviation shall conform to the specifications in Table 2. 5.1.2 Width deviation There shall be no negative deviation. 5.1.3 Length deviation There shall be no negative deviation. 5.1.4 Number of segments per volume and minimum segment length The number of segments per roll and the minimum segment length shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. 5.2 Appearance 5.3.2 Negotiated product performance The negotiated performance of the products shall be determined by the supplier and the buyer based on the application field of the products, and the recommended indicators shall comply with the provisions of A.1 in Appendix A.6 Test methods
6.1 Specimen preparation A 1 m sample is cut from the product along the lengthways direction. After removing 50 mm from each of the transverse ends of the sample, the specimen is prepared. The specimen dimensions and quantity are shown in Table 6. Use appropriate measuring tools or instruments to perform the measurement, subtract the nominal value from the measured value to calculate the deviation, and the result shall be accurate to 1 mm. 6.3.3 Length deviation Use appropriate measuring tools or instruments to perform the measurement, subtract the nominal value from the measured value to calculate the deviation, and the result shall be accurate to 1 cm. 6.3.4 Number of segments per roll and minimum segment length Use appropriate measuring tools or instruments to perform the measurement. 6.4 Appearance Visually inspect under natural light or a standard color assessment cabinet with a D65 light source, and measure the defect size using appropriate measuring tools. 6.5 Tensile load and elongation at break The test shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Method A in GB/T 38612-2020. 6.6 Tearing load The test shall be conducted according to GB/T 16578.1, with a test speed of (200±20) mm/min. The maximum value of the specimen shall be recorded, and the test results shall be expressed as the arithmetic mean of three specimens each in the lengthways and transverse directions, accurate to 0.1 N. 6.7 Peeling load The test shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 8808, at a test speed of (200±20) mm/min. The maximum value of the specimen shall be recorded. The test result shall be expressed as the arithmetic mean of three specimens each in the longitudinal and transverse directions, accurate to 0.1 N. If the peel layer or the backing fabric breaks during the test, the maximum value of the test result shall be recorded. 6.8 Color fastness to rubbing 6.8.1 Dry friction The test shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 3920, and the poorer result of the two specimens shall be taken as the test result. 6.8.2 Wet friction ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al.
