Take the worst test data as the test result. 5.12 Aging 5.12.1 Instruments Heat aging test chamber. with rotating sample holder and blower device. 5.12.2 Test procedure Hang the sample in a heat aging test box with a temperature of (100 ± 2) °C, and take it out after the sample holder is rotated and kept for 24 hours under the condition of blowing air. out, cooled at room temperature for more than 0.5 h, and then cut a sample with a length of 60 mm and a width of 20 mm from each sample. (-5 ± 1) ℃ cryogenic liquid for 5min, according to the provisions of HG/T 2-162-1965 test. Take the worst test data as the test result. 5.13 Bursting strength 5.13.1 Test equipment The Müllen burst strength testing machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 1539-2007. 5.13.2 Test procedure With the coating side of the sample facing down, clamp it with a ring clamp, and slowly pressurize until the sample is burst. Bursting strength when the sample is burst The pressure is expressed, and the test result is the arithmetic mean of three samples, accurate to 0.1MPa. 5.14 Folding fastness According to the provisions of QB/T 2714-2005. 5.15 Low temperature folding fastness 5.15.1 Test equipment The low-temperature folding fastness testing machine shall meet the requirements of QB/T 2714-2005. 5.15.2 Test procedure Take the center line of the sample length as the criterion, fold the coating inwards, put one end of the folded sample into the upper clamp of the instrument, and connect the top end with the screw. touch, the crease line is flush with the bottom edge of the clip. Then fold the other end of the sample inward and insert it into the lower clip. Then adjust the temperature inside the box to (-10±2)℃, when the counter reaches 30,000 times, stop the test. Observe the change of the folded part and take the worst test data as the test. test results. 5.16 Resistance to rubbing 5.16.1 Test equipment Scott-type rubbing tester. GB/T 8948-2008 5.16.2 Test procedure The two sample cloth surfaces in the same direction are overlapped with each other, and then loaded into the rubbing test machine fixture with a fixture interval of 30mm. shrink gradually The distance between the small clamps is to make the cloth surfaces of the two samples touch lightly and then apply a load, and the distance is reduced until the load is 9.8N. at a frequency of 120 times/min, with a stroke of 50mm, reciprocate 1,000 times to observe whether the surface of the artificial leather has cracks, damage or separation of the cloth base and the coating etc. phenomenon. If there is one sample with the above phenomenon, the rub resistance of the sample is judged to be unqualified. 5.17 Lightfastness According to the provisions of QB/T 2727-2005.The exposure method adopts method 3, and the most serious discoloration degree among the three samples is taken as the The final discoloration grade is recorded. 5.18 Vulcanizability Immerse the sample in a saturated aqueous solution of hydrogen sulfide flowing with hydrogen sulfide gas for 5min, then take out the sample and rinse it with water immediately. Clean, according to the provisions of GB/T 250-2008 to determine the discoloration grade of the sample. 5.19 Adhesion 5.19.1 Instruments Constant temperature oven with blower. 5.19.2 Test procedure The polyvinyl chloride coating surfaces of the two samples are attached to each other, and two pieces of smooth glass with a length and width of about 60mm are used to make them meet the surface of the sample. Align the widths, then sandwich the specimen between 2 pieces of glass. Then use a weight with a length of 60mm and a width of 60mm on the bottom surface and a load of 30N to press it on the glass plate. placed together in a constant temperature oven at (70 ± 2) °C, taken out after 24 h, removed heavy objects, and cooled at room temperature for 1 h. Then slowly put 2 pieces The sample was peeled off, and the film surface was observed for any abnormality such as damage.

6 Inspection rules

6.1 Inspection classification and items 6.1.1 Factory inspection The factory inspection items are the items in 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3.1 in the requirements. 6.1.2 Type inspection Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following situations. a) When the type identification of new products or the transfer of old products to production; b) After the formal production, if there is a big change in the structure, material and process, which may affect the performance of the product; c) When the normal production is more than three months; d) When the production is stopped for more than three months for some reason, when the production is resumed; e) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; f) When the national quality supervision and inspection agency puts forward the requirements for type inspection. The items of type inspection are all the items specified in this standard. 6.2 Factory inspection 6.2.1 Batching and sampling 6.2.1.1 Group batch Artificial leather shall be checked and accepted in batches. Products of the same cloth base, same color, same pattern and same specification are one batch, and the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 15000m. 6.2.1.2 Sampling The inspection of specifications and appearance adopts the general inspection level II specified in GB/T 2828.1-2003, and the receiving quality limit AQL is 6.5 For the sub-sampling plan, see Table 9 for batch size, sample and judgment array. GB/T 8948-2008 Physical and mechanical properties are randomly selected from each delivery batch for inspection. 6.2.2 Judgment rules 6.2.2.1 Determination of qualified items The determination of the size and appearance of the sample unit shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.1 and 4.2 respectively. If the test results of the sample unit meet the requirements of Table 9 If it is determined, it will be judged that the specifications and appearance are qualified. If there are unqualified items in the physical and mechanical properties inspection results, double sampling shall be carried out in the original batch, and the unqualified items shall be re-inspected. If all are qualified, the physical and mechanical properties are judged to be qualified. 6.2.2.2 Determination of qualified batches If the inspection results are all qualified, the batch of products will be judged as qualified. If there are unqualified items, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified. 6.3 Type inspection 6.3.1 Sampling One roll is randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection for the inspection of appearance and specifications, and 1m is taken for the inspection of physical and mechanical properties. 6.3.2 Judgment rules Specifications and appearance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.1 and 4.2.If it is not qualified, 3 volumes should be re-selected from the original product for re-inspection, and the re-inspection results If all are qualified, it is judged that the specifications and appearance are qualified. If any of the physical and mechanical properties test results are unqualified, the original product shall be re-sampled twice, and the unqualified items shall be re-inspected. If the re-inspection results are all qualified, the physical and mechanical properties are judged to be qualified. If the inspection results are all qualified, the type inspection is judged to be qualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Signs Each volume of product should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and have the following marks. a) the name and address of the manufacturer; GB/T 8948-2008 b) product name; c) product category; d) product specifications (thickness, width, length, color, pattern, etc.); e) production date and production batch number; f) trademarks; g) The product standard number implemented; h) Inspector code. 7.2 Packaging The product should be coated inward, rolled into a neat round roll with a roll core, and packaged with plastic film or paper. It can also be negotiated by both parties. 7.3 Transportation When the product is transported, it should prevent collision or contact with sharp objects. It should be lightly loaded and unloaded, and should not be under heavy pressure. Do not expose to the sun and rain, and keep the packaging intact. 7.4 Storage The products should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated warehouse with suitable temperature, avoid sunlight exposure, not less than 1m from the heat source, and stack reasonably.
