Take the center line of the sample length as the criterion, fold the coating inwards, put one end of the folded sample into the upper clamp of the instrument, and connect the top end with the screw.
touch, the crease line is flush with the bottom edge of the clip. Then fold the other end of the sample inward and insert it into the lower clip. Then adjust the temperature inside the box to
(-10±2)℃, when the counter reaches 30,000 times, stop the test. Observe the change of the folded part and take the worst test data as the test.
test results.
5.16 Resistance to rubbing
5.16.1 Test equipment
Scott-type rubbing tester.

5.16.2 Test procedure
The two sample cloth surfaces in the same direction are overlapped with each other, and then loaded into the rubbing test machine fixture with a fixture interval of 30mm. shrink gradually
The distance between the small clamps is to make the cloth surfaces of the two samples touch lightly and then apply a load, and the distance is reduced until the load is 9.8N. at a frequency of
120 times/min, with a stroke of 50mm, reciprocate 1,000 times to observe whether the surface of the artificial leather has cracks, damage or separation of the cloth base and the coating
etc. phenomenon. If there is one sample with the above phenomenon, the rub resistance of the sample is judged to be unqualified.
5.17 Lightfastness
According to the provisions of QB/T 2727-2005.The exposure method adopts method 3, and the most serious discoloration degree among the three samples is taken as the
The final discoloration grade is recorded.
5.18 Vulcanizability
Immerse the sample in a saturated aqueous solution of hydrogen sulfide flowing with hydrogen sulfide gas for 5min, then take out the sample and rinse it with water immediately.
Clean, according to the provisions of GB/T 250-2008 to determine the discoloration grade of the sample.
5.19 Adhesion

Constant temperature oven with blower.
5.19.2 Test procedure
The polyvinyl chloride coating surfaces of the two samples are attached to each other, and two pieces of smooth glass with a length and width of about 60mm are used to make them meet the surface of the sample.
Align the widths, then sandwich the specimen between 2 pieces of glass. Then use a weight with a length of 60mm and a width of 60mm on the bottom surface and a load of 30N to press it on the glass plate.
placed together in a constant temperature oven at (70 ± 2) °C, taken out after 24 h, removed heavy objects, and cooled at room temperature for 1 h. Then slowly put 2 pieces
The sample was peeled off, and the film surface was observed for any abnormality such as damage.
6 Inspection rules

6.1.1 Factory inspection
The factory inspection items are the items in 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3.1 in the requirements.
6.1.2 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following situations.
a) When the type identification of new products or the transfer of old products to production;
b) After the formal production, if there is a big change in the structure, material and process, which may affect the performance of the product;
c) When the normal production is more than three months;
d) When the production is stopped for more than three months for some reason, when the production is resumed;
e) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection;
f) When the national quality supervision and inspection agency puts forward the requirements for type inspection.
The items of type inspection are all the items specified in this standard.
6.2 Factory inspection
