This standard replaces GB 8080-1987 "green manure seed."
This standard compared with GB 8080-1987, the main changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the milk vetch (AstragalussinicusL.), Hairy vetch (ViciavillosaRoth), light vetch (Vicia
villosaRothvar.glabresensKoch), blue flower vetch (ViciacraccaL.) vanilla and white sweet clover (MelilotusalbusDesr.),
Vanilla yellow sweet clover [Melilotusofficinalis (L.) Palas] seed quality requirements, test methods and inspection rules.
This standard applies to the territory of People's Republic of China production, sales of the above-mentioned green manure crop seeds including capsuled seeds and non-coated seeds.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

With the original breeder of the first generation to the third generation or hybrid seeds, seeds and confirmed to meet the specified quality requirements.

5 test methods
Clarity analysis, germination test, moisture determination, authenticity and varietal purity testing should implement the provisions of GB/T 3543's.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 for sampling
OK for sampling methods and seed lot shall implement the provisions of GB/T 3543's.
6.2 Quality judgment rules
Quality judgment rules shall implement the provisions of GB 20464.
