6.Test Methods
6.1 General Provisions
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents and water used in this document refer to analytical grade reagents and grade III reagents as specified in GB/T 6682-2008.
Water. Unless otherwise specified, all impurity standard solutions, preparations, and products used in the experiment shall conform to HG/T 3696.2 and HG/T 3696.3.
Prepared according to regulations.
6.2 Visual Inspection
Under natural light conditions, the appearance of the sample in the sample cup (see 7.3) is determined by visual inspection.
6.3 Sample Preparation
The sample was prepared using a sample preparation device, which is shown in Figure 1.
Wearing rubber gloves, place the sample cup containing yellow phosphorus (see 7.3) into a water bath (or tank) and heat to approximately 70°C to melt the yellow phosphorus. Use the inner diameter...
Insert a 1mm-5mm sampling tube into the sample cup, stir gently, and extract the required amount of yellow phosphorus. Seal the top of the sampling tube with your finger, and slowly...
Slowly raise the sampling tube to the water level (Note. Do not let the bottom of the sampling tube leave the water surface), and inject the yellow phosphorus from the sampling tube into the water bath (tank) that has been pre-placed.
Place the sample in a porcelain crucible. Remove the crucible containing the sample from the water bath (or tank) and place it in cold water to cool. Once the yellow phosphorus has solidified, remove it with tweezers and store it.
Place it in a wide-mouthed bottle filled with water for later use.

6.4 Yellow phosphorus content
The yellow phosphorus content is expressed as the mass fraction of phosphorus (P), w1, and is calculated according to formula (1).
w1=100%-w2 (1)
In the formula.
w2 --- Mass fraction of carbon disulfide insoluble matter.
6.5 Determination of the content of carbon disulfide insoluble matter
6.5.1 Principle
The yellow phosphorus sample was dissolved in carbon disulfide, and the content of carbon disulfide insoluble matter was calculated by filtration, drying, and weighing.
6.5.2 Reagents or materials
6.5.2.1 Carbon disulfide.
6.5.2.2 Anhydrous ethanol.
6.5.3 Instruments and Equipment
6.5.3.1 Glass sand crucible. The filter plate pore size is 5μm~15μm;
6.5.3.2 Electric heating constant temperature drying oven. The temperature can be controlled at 105℃~110℃.
6.5.4 Test Procedure
Use tweezers to take about 3g to 5g of sample, quickly blot dry the surface of the sample with filter paper, and place it in 50mL of anhydrous ethanol.
Dehydrate in a beaker. Remove with tweezers, blot dry with filter paper, and quickly place into a weighing bottle of known weight (containing enough water to submerge the sample).
Weigh the sample to an accuracy of 0.01g. Connect a glass frit crucible, dried to constant mass at 105℃~110℃, to a vacuum filtration flask, and add the sample to the glass frit.
Add 15 mL of carbon disulfide to a sand crucible, quickly blot dry the surface moisture of a known weight of the sample with filter paper, and place it in a glass sand crucible.
After the yellow phosphorus dissolves, turn on the vacuum pump equipped with adsorption and buffer devices for filtration. Stop filtration when the liquid layer is nearly dry. Then add 5 mL of [unspecified substance].
Carbon disulfide is dissolved and then filtered. This process is repeated until all the yellow phosphorus is dissolved and filtered out. The filtrate is then dripped onto filter paper; the carbon disulfide will evaporate without emitting any fumes.
Stop when white smoke appears. Place the glass sand crucible, after completely filtering out the yellow phosphorus, at room temperature until all the carbon disulfide has evaporated, then place it at 105℃~110℃.
