This Standard applies to multi-nutrient supplementary food for pregnant and lactating women, other than national laws, regulations and/or standards.2 Terms and definitions
2.1 multi-nutrient supplementary food for pregnant and lactating women special dietary food made of by adding with high quality protein and a variety of micronutrients (vitamins and minerals, etc.) suitable for pregnant and lactating women to supplement nutrients3 Technical requirements
3.1 Daily recommended amount of multi-nutrient supplementary food for pregnant and lactating women The maximum daily recommended amount of multi-nutrient supplementary food for pregnant and lactating women is 50 g. 3.2 Raw material requirements 3.2.1 High quality protein shall be derived from one or more kinds of soybeans, soy products, milk products, dairy products of which its content accounts for 18%~35% of the mass of multi-nutrient supplementary food for pregnant and lactating women. 3.2.2 The raw materials used for multi-nutrient supplementary food for pregnant and lactating women shall comply with the provisions of corresponding standards and/or regulations. 3.2.3 Soybean and its processed products shall be processed at high temperature and by other processes to eliminate anti-nutritional factors, such as trypsin inhibitors. 3.2.4 Hydrogenated grease shall not be used. 4.1 The product label shall be consistent with the provisions of GB 13432.
