Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document supersedes GB 30255-2019 "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for LED Products for Indoor Lighting" and is consistent with GB 30255-2019.
In comparison, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The range was changed, adding LED high-bay lights and replacement dual-ended LED lights, expanding the beam angle range of LED downlights, and clarifying...
Products that are not applicable (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2019 edition);
b) Added "LED high bay light", "LED lighting product luminous efficacy", "LED lighting product energy efficiency limit", "standby mode", and "standby"
The terminology and definition of "power" have been revised, removing "energy efficiency limit values for LED downlights," "energy efficiency limit values for directional integrated LED lights," and "non-directional LED lights."
Energy efficiency limits for self-ballasted LED lamps (see Chapter 3,.2019 edition);
c) The energy efficiency rating requirements for LED products used in indoor lighting have been revised (see 4.1,.2019 version 4.1);
d) Energy efficiency correction requirements for dimmable and color temperature adjustable products have been added (see 4.1.8);
e) Added allowable deviation requirements for the declared values of product specification boundary points (see 4.1.9);
f) The color rendering index requirements have been changed (see 4.3,.2019 version 4.3);
g) Increased standby power requirements (see 4.4);
h) The luminous flux maintenance requirement has been removed (see 4.4 in the.2019 version);
i) The test method has been changed, adding test voltage and test conditions for dimmable and color temperature adjustable products, and adding standby power test.
The method has been revised, removing the luminous flux maintenance test method (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.2019 edition);
j) Added requirements for the standard implementation timeline (see Chapter 6).

Energy efficiency limits for LED products used in indoor lighting
and energy efficiency rating
1 Scope
This document specifies LED downlights, directional integrated LED lights, non-directional integrated LED lights, and LED high-beam LED lights for indoor general lighting.
The implementation of energy efficiency ratings, energy efficiency limits, test methods, and standards for shed lights and replacement double-ended LED lights (hereinafter referred to as double-ended LED lights).
This document applies to the following products.
a) LED downlights using LEDs as the light source, with a power supply voltage not exceeding AC250V, a beam angle ≥24°, and a shading angle < 40°. Excluding...
LED downlights using integrated LED lights, LED downlights with adjustable beam angles, or LED downlights with cut-off covers.
b) The power supply voltage is AC220V, and the lamp holder meets the requirements of GU10, B22, E14 or E27, PAR16, PAR20, PAR30, etc.
PAR38 series directional integrated LED lights.
c) The power supply voltage is AC220V, and the lamp holder adopts a screw-type lamp holder conforming to GB/T 1406.1 or a bayonet-type lamp holder conforming to GB/T 1406.5.
Non-directional integrated LED lamps with lamp holders, excluding non-directional integrated LED lamps with external optical lens designs.
d) LED high-bay lights with a power supply voltage not exceeding 1000V, excluding LED high-bay lights using integrated LED lights.
e) Replacement dual-ended power supply with AC220V power, rated power ≤125W, nominal length ≤1500mm, and beam angle ≥120°.
LED lights.
For indoor lighting LED products with additional functions, only their lighting function will be evaluated.
This document does not apply to LED lighting products that emit non-white light or whose rated correlated color temperature includes the portion < 2700K or > 6500K.
Some LED lighting products.
